Good for Migraines
This is my third time purchasing this heat pack. I like that it has a Velcro strap and when I have migraine this is super helpful to be able to wrap it around my head and attach it. I took off one star because the material of the cover is so thin and the tension from using the Velcro strap is sure to eventually rip it (that’s what eventually happened with my last one) and I don’t love that it has a strong almost apple cinnamon scent which is not great for migraines. I’m hoping it dissipates with use. I do love though that it has a somewhat moist heat and it stays securely in place.

Excellent product. I remove the cover for faster freezing. This is a good size and weight to drape around a swollen ankle as well.

I purchased this for my son who has Cerebral Palsy, he gets muscle spasms and tremors in his legs. It has helped relieve his pain immensely!! I will be ordering another soon. Thank you

As great as ever
I've been using Grampa's Garden hot packs since the '90s when my mom worked for the company, taking me with her to craft fairs to sell the products. When I bought this new one, I was so happy that it still had the same soothing scent I remembered and of course helps my aches and pains. I always recommend Grampa's Garden to everyone I know, since no other hot packs ever compare. Thanks for the decades of great products!

Joint/Neck Pac
Love the smaller and more portable version of the Spa Body Shawl which I have used for over10 years (and still going strong.) The neck pac adjusts comfortably with a velcro closure. I suffer with arthritis in my neck area and the heated pac is incredibly soothing. The gentle signature aroma is a bonus. I would like to see a bit of velcro inside the open end of the pac to prevent the insert from slipping out. Otherwise it's great!

JOINT NECK PAC
I have four of these in the navy/green subtle plaid. They are always ready in the freezer for my knee pain. I use two, one for each knee, and then put those back in the freezer after about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then I grab the other two if I need even more pain relief. Mind you, one knee is a replacement which hurts just as badly as the "real" one did and the other knee is supposed to be replaced. That day will NEVER, EVER come after my first experience! No, I recommend THESE instead of any other cold application and certainly, certainly before any knee replacement! LOVE THESE! GREAT size for knees! They also cool quickly in the FREEZER. I loaned one of these packs out to my maid for a swollen ankle and she is mindfully forgetting to bring it back having decided these pacs are fantastic and comfortable! And may I say that having these on-the-ready is possibly the best money you will ever spend?

Our daughter and son in law gave me the shawl for my birthday and my husband loved it. He had shoulder and neck pain so I ordered this for him! He loves it. Today a shawl arrived for him also from our daughter and son in law. We are well covered! We love them all!!
