Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.
To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Body Shawl
I have bought this shawl before. Iguess it must have been longer ago than I thought. The one I have from before is longer which is helpful for wrapping around my back or hips (and my hips are not that big). The new one is nice but I have to do one side at a time now. It is nice on my shoulders though I can't walk around with it on as easily as I did with the old one because of the shorter length but it does all right if I'm sitting.

Shawl
I have been buying these shawls for me for years. I suffer from fibromyalgia and the shawl gives be relief from all my muscle pain. My children used it so much that I bought them one as well. My sister is currently fighting cancer so I bought her on as well and she uses it everyday during treatment.

I bought a second one after happily using the first(LL Bean version)a number of years back. The original is still fine, but I found my wife and me reaching for it at about the same time during this past chilly New England winter so it was time to add a second one.
