A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.

    To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

      Very happy with my body shawl

      I’ve been using this almost everyday for my painful shoulder. It definitely helps with arthritis. It’s heavy so I always use it while laying down.

      Love this product, but it does not last more than a year, fabric frays and the rice inside starts coming out of the shawl everything you heat it. I heat the shawl in a bowl and not at a very high temp. This is disappointing and very expensive.

      I have had a couple of these for years!! Awesome for aches, pains and warming-up. Can't recommend them enough!

      Wonderful body shawl. recovering for cancer chemo while achinf muscles an joints. Shawl provides much needed relief to allow sleeping. Thank you.

      Love Love Love my body shawl......It's my fourth! It saves me from not being able to sleep (yes literally) because I cannot fall asleep with cold feet, so I warm it up every night and wrap it around my feet and it feels like heaven. Going to buy a cover to protect it. But bottom line is that I love this so much, and at this point I don't think I could live without it I'm so spoiled.

      My entire family has been using Grampa's Garden's body shawls for years. They are the best. We love them and use them every day. They are so soft, hold up well with repeated use, smell amazing, and are so calming and relaxing to sore muscles.

      I like it, except that the scent is way too strong and has a chemical instead of a natural smell that makes me nauseous, and I cannot use it (yet). I am airing it. I bought one from you several years ago and I loved it, but it is wearing thin. Th
