- Unopened and unused items can be returned, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. Shipping charges, unfortunately, are not refundable.
- Unopened and unused returns are not usually taken back. However, if an exception is made, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee and upon inspection (and confirmation that it is unopened and unused) of the item, a credit on the account will be issued, less shipping charges.
- Quality Guarantee - All of our items are guaranteed for one year, from the date of purchase, to cover any manufacturing defects. (ex. Rips and tears on the seams. Excludes: burns and normal wear & tear.) A replacement or a refund will be issued. We may require up to three pictures emailed to us to see the damage.
- Price Guarantee - If we lower the price or have a sale on an item within 14 days of your purchase, email us to claim the discount. A credit will be issued to your account that can be applied on your next order.
Please Note: Our pacs are Organic Natural Food Products, it is very important to follow the heating times and instructions that are on the tag or on the Header Card, so the pac can be enjoyed for years to come.
Re-heating pacs - it’s important to decrease the heating time to avoid overheating and burning the pac. 10 seconds for small pacs (hand warmers, eye pacs) 30 seconds for medium pacs (lumbar pacs and thera Pacs), and 60 seconds for larger pacs (body shawls, body blankets)
Refund Timing: You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
