It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12"  Scented or unscented.

      Love this product. This is the 3rd one in 30 years! Wore the first out second was misplaced and this one is new. Excellent quality.

      Stiching breaks down over time. Material develops holes over time....Very disappointing!

      I bought my first Thera pac a few years ago and I've been using it very regularly since. I just bought another one so two people can use it at the same time. Great product!

      This is my second Thera pac . The first lasted almost 10 years! It is perfect for the arthritis in my neck and shoulders and I love the aroma!

      Awesome! I suffer from chronic neck pain from time to time. And in each period of pain, I reach for this neck warmer. It is the very best to use and reuse. There is nothing that compares to this item or its price. Very best in comfort, and it is usually the solution to what ails me. Very pretty, and smells wonderful but it is the warmth it generates that keeps me coming back and purchasing it again and again. I recommend this to everybody who I speak with in need of comfort in their pain cycle

      I have ordered a number of these thera pacs to share with friends and family. They retain their heat after being heated in a microwave.

      Love this product. Live in the NE, which has 3 seasons of chilly. Saves on heating up the whole house.
