Very comfortable

I received this item many years ago as a gift for severe neck and back pain. I still use it on a regular basis. It is easy to clean and heat up. I also slip gel packs in the back when I need to use heat and cold. Because of its effectiveness and the fact that I have had it for over 15 years, I got one for my niece who is dealing with neck pain. She loves it.

Exactly what I was looking for. The fabric is so soft. The scent is perfect, not overwhelming.. I’ve used it both hot and cold and have enjoyed it both ways.

My granddaughter was over and I put it on her, needless to say she loved it. I needed a new one, and I bought her one as well. It's warm, comforting, soothing *)
