    Grampa's Garden Breathe E-Z oil is a natural decongestant containing pure plant essential oils of grapefruit, eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh, and ravensara to help  relieve sinus and chest congestion or to assist in breathing. Makes a refreshing bath oil, too.

    Ingredients: Sweet almond, apricot kernel, jojoba and sunflower oils, grapefruit, eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh, and ravensara.

      This product does indeed aid in clearing nasal passage ways! I use it by adding drops to steamy water in morning and deeply breathing in the oil essence as it rests atop the steamy hot water.
