    Wrap yourself in aromatic warmth.

    Our best selling hot pack. A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.

    To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

      I have been using this wonderful product for many years. I heat it in the microwave and sit down with it on my back. 20-30 minutes of relaxing, therapeutic heat treatment for my back!! I can’t start my day without it. Now that I’m older I do this several times a day. I appreciate the size, the fact that you can use it hot or cold, and the pain relief I get. These are well-made quality products!!

      I have ordered these body shawl hot or cold therapy packs several times because I've been using them for at least 10 years for aches and pains and just to warm up on cold evenings! They are wonderful!

      My family loves the Body Shawl's from Grandpa's Garden! We typically use them as a hot therapy pack and the size of this shawl is perfect for warming you up. The scent coming from the shawl is wonderful. Great product!
