Our best selling hot pack. A few minutes in the microwave and your Grampa's Garden Body Shawl can be used for therapy on your back, abdomen, across your shoulders, or to wrap an injured arm or leg. Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.
To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Scented body shawl
I have owned several of these over the years and love how well they work, however, the last wi I’ve owned are extremely overwhelming scented!! It actually gives me a headache which defeats the purpose. I wish these were made in unscented!!

Body Shawl
I have found no other product is so universal for relief of body discomfort and ease of use. The moist heat is a practical solution for upper, lower back, arms and legs. Just big enough as well as the heat eventually cools, so if left on there is no chance of over overheating the body as with an electrical heating pad. This is my 4th body shawl over more than 20 years, I wear them out. My wife has used it as well. I am pleased that the product is still being made same as it was. Best! Charles

Body Shawl H/C Therapy pack
I was given one in 1993 as a gift. The last 5yrs I have had to sew some of the seams, but what would you expect after 30yrs. I was shocked it lasted that long! It even still had a slight aroma left! I love that I can roll /fold it just the right way that it hits my full cervical area & also shoulders & upper back. Hoping for another 30 yrs out of my new one!

I reheat often because I have Reynauds - so I must keep my hands warm. I love these shawls but this one takes longer to heat, and they lose their nice scent quickly.

Love this Body Shawl/Weighted/Hot-Cold
I have purchased this for gifts for dear friends. I love that you bunch it up--shove it in your microwave and run for 4 minutes -- then wrap around you, lay it on your legs, wherever you want and you get the warmth plus the weight which is so incredibly soothing to your muscles and bones! Very well made and the scented is not too strong but adds a 'comfort factor'. I highly recommend this--worth every penny!
