      I didn't know what no brocade meant (I still don't) but I wanted a cover that was soft not silky, & that is what I got. The dots are slightly raised when you rub your hand over them but you don't feel them while using the item.. They are not bumpy or lumpy. The cover fits perfectly. I am happy with my purchase.

      I was disappointed, for the first time, in this product from Grandpas Garden. It seemed to large for my body shawl and was too big to put into the microwave. Wouldn't recommend it, sorry to say.

      Fits perfectly and easy to slip on/off. I wish I had purchased it when I initially bought my shawl!

      The Body Shawl Cover is wonderful if you need it. I think the biggest reason to get one is to help keep clean the Body Shawl, because the Cover can be washed. Apparently, some Body Shawls like the Spa Body Shawl already come with a Cover, so purchasing a separate Cover is a waste. However, other Shawls and heating packs don't come with a Cover, so that is when really should be offerred.

      I'm glad Grampa's Garden has a cover to cover the shawl, that really helps to keep your shawl clean and undamaged. The cover is washable and protects your investment.
