I use this every morning after I wake up. It takes away the morning stiffness I might have in my lower back. I got the green plaid.

Absolutely love the pack, love the fact that there's an extender for larger waistlines, but mine is smaller and the Velcro doesn't extend to the end, so I have to tuck the end up and over so it doesn't hang down in my way.
